Quality Control
At NDI we constantly evaluate our performance to improve efficiency, delivering metric-based results and implementing best practices for our clients’ benefit. NDI’s Quality Assurance Program uses field-tested, repeatable processes that encompass a disciplined system of planning, budgeting, reviewing, testing, inspecting, auditing, and reporting on quality throughout the life of the project. Upon contract award NDI works in tandem with our clients to create and tailor quality assurance measures to meet their requirements as part of our program lifecycle management solution.

NDI’s Quality Assurance Plan underscores our commitment to the integration of functions that ensure quality. This commitment applies to all aspects associated with fulfillment of the project, including design, fabrication, assembly, integration, communication, and training.

AMS Group is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company, certified continuously since March 1999. We use a system approach to management and each process is managed in accordance with requirements in the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The system is defined and monitored at different stages to enhance customer satisfaction; this includes processes to continually improve performance in accordance with Customer, Regulatory and ISO requirements.  Our quality objectives are the responsibility of all AMS Group employees.
