AMS Group is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company, certified continuously since March 1999. We use a system approach to management and each process is managed in accordance with requirements in the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The system is defined and monitored at different stages to enhance customer satisfaction; this includes processes to continually improve performance in accordance with Customer, Regulatory and ISO requirements. Our quality objectives are the responsibility of all AMS Group employees.
Northern Defense Industries (NDI), an AMS Group company, fully complies with all applicable provisions of the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended and/or the Arms Export Control Act, as amended and Executive Oder 11958, which respectively promulgated the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR”) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"). Equipment is selected that meets all operational performance and maintainability requirements of the project, and at the same time is subject to the lowest applicable level of U.S. export controls (and/or any other governments' controls). NDI is registered with Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance and Registration Division (CRD) in the US Department of State and routinely maintains a number of approved Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA) with overseas entities.
